Unsangkarable....

"Unsangkarable" is neither an English word nor a Malay word, the English would not understand it nor a Malay. But it is so fashionable for a Malayenglish to use this terminology to describe a certain event or happening that is unpredictable.

It is definitely unsangkarable for Dr Mahathir to describe UMNO as a party of Devils (Syaitan), and it is most unsangkarable for him to say that UMNO is corrupt to the core.

The late Datuk Senu Abdul Rahman, a long time UMNO Secretary General, used to say that UMNO is a party for the Muslims (describing all the Malays as Muslims), and UMNO is not an Islamic Party.  UMNO is a Nationalist Party and those who want to struggle for Islam should join the PMIP (Pan Malayan Islamic Party and now named as PAS).

It is also unsangkarable for Dato Seri Najib Tun Razak to describe the Malayan Communist Party is incorrigible (is this the right spelling?), so also the Chinese Communist Party during the Cold War.  But the Chinese Communist Party is now a good party to befriended by UMNO.

I think that it is most unsangkarable to describe May 13 as the work of the DAP, dan during the Riots, the Government blamed the Leftists, and most of the ISA detaninees following the Riots were the members of the Labour Party and the Party Rakyat and also High School Chinese students.

But most sangkarable that the May Riot was the doing of those people who were about to lose power.  Perikatan now BN lost 2/3 majority in Parliament, lost Kelantan, lost Penang, almost lost Selangor and Perak.

It is most unsangkarable to charge Mohd Sabu as Communist Sympathiser when he described historically that the Communist Party was part of the people's organisation to fight for Independence when he said that Bukit Kepong's Mat Indera was historically not correct to describe him as a Communist.

Malaysian Constitution was unsangkarably drafted in a way that the Malays were defined as those people born in the territory of Malaya and Singapore and their children who spoke the Malay language, and practised Islam and the Malay cultrure, and unsangkarably many though not most of the Indian Muslims like Dr Mahathir became Malay, joined UMNO, became UMNO President and the Prime Minister of Malaysia.

If he were to remain as an Indian Muslim, he may not even become the President of a Malaysian Indian Muslim Party which is now accepted as an UMNO associate but not a member of the Barisan Nasional.

And it is most unsangkarable that the Malay people of Arabic origin was not accepted as a Malay or Bumiputra in Johor thought the Malay people of Turkish origin like Dato Seri Hishamuddin Hussein is well assimilated into the Malay community and his father became an UMNO President and Malaysian Premier whilst his grand father became the first UMNO President but left to form Independent Malayan Party to oppose UMNO.

Most unsangkarable that Tunku Abdul Rahman kicked out Singapore from Malaysia when he felt that PAP's popularity in Malaysia could easily replace MCA, UMNO's long time Alliance.

The list of unsangkarables is never ending.  You all could make your own list, and for me, before I conclude, may I mention that it is most unsangkarable that the 2008 General Election wiped out BN's 2/3 majority and the people's power was established in Kelantan, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak and Selangor and PR won 10 out of 12 Parliamentary seat in the Wilayah Persekutuan and only lost 4 seats to unsettle the BN rule in Negeri Sembilan.

It is most unsangkarable that I am now writing about this UNSANGKARABLE.  God bless you all.  Assalamu 'Alaikum.
