Jenayah kejam semakin menjadi-jadi di Seremban

Warga Seremban kini dalam ketakutan kerana jenayah jalanan yang kejam semakin menjadi-jadi dan boleh dikatakan tidak terkawal lagi. Kes rompakan kejam terhadap dua orang biarawati di gereja Visitation Seremban bukanlah satu-satunya kes jenayah kejam terhadap warga emas. Pakcik Hay 65 tahun juga telah dibelasah dengan kejam oleh perompak jalanan sehingga pecah tempurung kepalanya. Pihak PDRM perlu menangkap pengganas-pengganas jalanan yang semakin bermaharajalela sekarang ini atau rakyat akan hilang sepenuhnya keyakinan terhadap Menteri Dalam Negeri dan PDRM ! Ketua Polis Negara yang juga orang Negeri Sembilan perlu lebih prihatin terhadap negeri sendiri !

SEREMBAN — A senior citizen is fighting for his life in hospital after he was assaulted in the same manner a maniac attacked two elderly Catholic nuns recently in the compound of the Church of the Visitation in an apparent robbery.

Food court caretaker Hay Peng Kong, 65, who was bashed up about two weeks ago, is set to amplify the rage of the street crime-ridden state capital.

The town has been steaming with anger over police inefficiency to take control of the streets that has reportedly seen numerous cases of snatch thefts and muggings.


Food operators main prey for Seremban robbers

SEREMBAN, May 24 — Food operators, apart from the innocent walking on the streets, seem to be the main prey of desperados on a snatch theft and robbery spree here.

Three days after the attack on the nuns on May 14, Kedai Makanan & Minuman Coffee Tiam at Jalan Seng Meng Lee, close to crime-filled Jalan Yam Tuan, was a target of robbery.

Hoo Chin Yong, 58, said: "I was washing dishes when I noticed the same motorcycle passing by the area a few times. "The pillion rider alighted and tried to pull my waist-pouch but I pushed him away." Less than five minutes later, the pair came back with sticks and started terrorising those in the restaurant.
