Finally, the Malaysian Competition Act 2011 is now in full force after 1-1-2012. Syabas to Malaysian Competition Commission (MYCC) for commencing investigations into the so-called “Comprehensive Collaborative Framework” (CCF) under the secret MAS – AirAsia share swap agreements.
